Are you insured?

We are a fully bonded cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.

What about pets?

Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

I need to provide with my own cleaning equipment or supplies?

Destiny Clean provides all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to clean your home.

If you have any preferences in regards to what cleaning products we use, feel free to let us know and we’ll do everything we can to work with your requests.

Do I need to be home for every cleaning service?

No. We work from 8:30 to 5:00 from Monday to Friday, most of our clients are not at home. In most of these cases are provide with a spare key or garage code

How do I pay?

Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. Most of our valued customers leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter, but we also accept credit card payments. If you do choose to write us a check, please make it payable to Destiny Clean

Can I provide the team with special instructions?

Yes! your preferences help us to have the structure we need to meet the specific cleaning needs of your home and you are completely satisfied with the level of cleanliness in your home. We encourage you to let us know either by call or text so we put it on your file so you don't have to repeat them every time we arrive for service.

How often can you provide service?

At Destiny Clean we offer services once a week, every two weeks or once a month depending on your cleaning needs. We also offer Move in / Move out cleaning services, vacation rentals, deep cleaning and one story windows cleaning. You can also request cleaning services for special events.
